So it turns out that regular effective training is only your interest. Let’s say you are fat or weak or thin but flabby. Or even all of this together. Do you want to be slim, fit, strong and enduring. So this is your goal and motivation! What other magic pills do you need?
Yes, I don’t argue that if you don’t have the habit of regularly visiting the gym, and even forcing yourself to train through force and pain, it’s not easy. Just remember that if you hold out for a month or two, it will become the norm for you. You don’t need additional motivation to brush your teeth or wash your hair, right? Training, in fact, is the same everyday side of life. But she has a huge plus: receiving compliments about her figure is very pleasant, being ready at any time to go to the beach without special training makes life much easier, and you can afford to wear almost any clothes!
Many good things have a dark side. For example, to play a piano concerto, you need to practice scales; to drive a car masterfully – practice for a long time; yes, even an even thin arrow on the eyelid requires a set hand. So it is with training: accustom yourself – at the sight of the first results, excitement will appear and you will be drawn in, be lazy – well … you will live in an ugly body.
For example, I got on a snowboard in winter. I quickly mastered the basics, at the very least I can move down the slope. But to ride like that is uninteresting, ugly, and you can’t catch up with your friends. And when mastering more complex elements and increasing the speed, endless falls, sometimes very painful, went. Not skating, but torment.
At some point, I wanted to give up everything, cry, take offense and go home. But on the other hand, what did I want? I have never been involved in this sport, and, to be honest, my coordination is limping. Therefore, I continue to study, train, accustom my body to an unusual balance and am going to go with friends to the mountains next season. And you can pout and sit at home, because it doesn’t work!
So it is with fitness – exercise and be good! And if you lack motivation, stay fat and ugly. It doesn’t work!
