Leg massage

Massage Baby’s leg from the top of the thigh to the ankle, first. Then reverse, bringing your hands from the foot to the groin.

Then place your hands on either side of the leg and perform “rolls” to activate blood circulation. Then switch to the other leg.

Foot massage

Massage the sole of Baby’s foot with your thumb, working your way up from the heel to the toes. Then massage each toe, one by one, the top of the foot and finally the ankle, making small circles with the fingers at the level of the bone.

Buttocks massage

Leave Baby lying on his back. Put your hands under her buttocks and make small circular movements to relax them.

Belly massage
