How to marinate beef tongue for boiling

To do this, the beef tongue should be marinated before cooking, observing a couple of rules.
Rule one: to give a new flavor without spoiling the dish. The beef must remain beef.
Second Rule: do not burn the product. Hot spices and sauces will kill all the charm and tenderness of the tongue.
Third Rule: the tongue should remain soft.
Marinades for 1 beef tongue:
1 tablespoons of sour cream and half a spoonful of mustard or a spoonful of Dijon.
2. 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and a spoonful of olive oil.
3. Wine vinegar and paprika.
Recipe for all marinades 1 – rub the marinade into the tongue, leave for 5-10 hours, turning regularly in the marinade. then cook in the usual way. In all cases, it is best to salt the tongue at the end of cooking.
