What is the difference between «good morning» and «cheerful morning»?

But in fact, anyone can wake up well every day. To do this, you just need to follow a few simple recommendations.

1. Keep a constant regimen. The mode is the basis of the basics for any sleep problems, both falling asleep and waking up. If you get up at the same time for 2 weeks, regardless of working or weekend days, then you will start waking up 5 minutes before the alarm goes off, alert and rested.

2. Get enough sleep. The morning will not be good if you sleep for 5 hours instead of your eight. Try to make sure that you get as much sleep as you need.

3. Wake up to music. Instead of the usual alarm signal, use music, best of all — your favorite tunes that will create a good mood and give you a positive charge. Smartphones have a feature that turns on the music very quietly, the volume gradually increases over several minutes, and the person wakes up smoothly.

4. Use bright lighting in the morning. Light, especially natural light, blocks the release of the sleep hormone melatonin in the body. So, if you immediately open the curtains when you wake up, then you will not have to nod off before breakfast. In autumn and winter, you can use special devices — light alarms. In fact, this is an alarm clock with a large lamp that turns on and begins to gradually increase the illumination, simulating the dawn.

5. Immediately after waking up, stretch in bed, move your arms and legs. 5-10 minutes after waking up, do exercises. A five-minute physical education is a great way to cheer up and gain strength.
