How to make your trip safe?

We, together with the universal antiseptic Miramistin®, found out what problems the traveler most often faces and how to protect yourself from burns, germs and colds during the trip.

Many people manage to get sick both on vacation and immediately on the first day after arriving home. This phenomenon even came up with a funny name – “holiday sickness.”

Danger can lie in wait already in the plane. Of course, nowadays most of them are equipped with high-efficiency air filters that trap 99,97% of strains of bacteria and viruses. However, do not forget that bacteria and viruses multiply faster in conditions of low humidity, and the air in the aircraft is dry. Dry mucous membranes cannot effectively block infections, making the body more vulnerable to respiratory illnesses. This may be the cause of the disease.

Take a nasal spray with you. Using it will help restore natural moisture levels and help block bacteria.

The cabin of the aircraft is ventilated, but the room remains closed and serves as a real “piggy bank” for germs, especially if one of the passengers flies already having a cold. This situation is known to everyone. Moreover, countries with a hot season in January-February are not close, and you will spend at least five hours in the air. And this means that during the entire flight you will be forced to exchange bacteria and viruses with all passengers on the plane, in particular with those who are already carriers of the common cold.

At the first symptoms of SARS, such as a sore throat, we recommend using an antiseptic preparation for irrigating the throat: for example, Miramistin® in a small bottle of 50 ml with a sprayer, which can also be taken on board.

Spray the drug into the throat with 3-4 pressures. “Miramistin”® does not have a pronounced taste, so it can be easily used in the treatment of acute respiratory viral infections and other colds, even in children.

Coming to rest in hot countries, people start a real race for the sun, so many people simply stop monitoring the time spent under direct rays. The joy of vacation can disappear very quickly as soon as the first burn appears on the body.

A person with skin phototype 1-2 and even 3 is at risk of getting a sunburn while in the open sun. Skin phototypes characterize its sensitivity to solar (or rather, ultraviolet) radiation and the degree of changes that occur under its influence. The phototype is genetically predetermined (congenital) and does not change during life.

You should not sunbathe in direct sunlight during the peak of its activity, which usually falls between 12 noon and 17 pm.

Some try to deceive nature and prefer to sunbathe when the sun hides behind the clouds. But not everyone knows that UV rays can damage the skin even in very cloudy weather, so in the early days it is better to avoid exposure to sunlight and be sure to use photoprotective products with a high protection factor (SPF from 30 to 50).

Do not forget that mirror and water surfaces also reflect UV rays, only enhancing their effect, which means that a person is even more vulnerable in the sea.

If suddenly you are still burned in the sun, then you will need to refrain from sunbathing for the next few days so as not to damage your skin even more. And to speed up the healing process of burns and prevent infection, use Miramistin® and spray it on the damaged area.

The drug “Miramistin”® activates the processes of regeneration and protective reactions. Use the package with a spray nozzle – with its help it is convenient to distribute the drug on the skin and protect yourself and your family from burns during the holidays.

It should also be remembered that no one can be immune from abrasions and wounds, and this problem is relevant not only for children, but also for adults.

Among wound injuries of all types, abrasions are the most common problem. Of course, in most cases, such injuries do not pose a threat to life, but nevertheless they require careful attention and care. In fact, an abrasion is a bruise of soft tissues and damage to the skin, resulting in a superficial violation of the integrity of the skin, accompanied by redness and burning.

Such a wound must be washed and treated to prevent infection. If the abrasion is large, it is recommended to additionally apply a sterile bandage.

For such cases, keep Miramistin® on hand. Spray the drug on the damaged area of the skin. “Miramistin”® will have an antiseptic effect and accelerate healing, will not cause discomfort and burning, which is important for children. Treatment is recommended to be repeated as needed until complete healing.
