How to make yeast-free dough
 

Yeast-free dough is easy to prepare, no need to wait for it to come up. This dough will diversify your daily menu – it is used for cooking both salty dishes and desserts: you can bake quiche, pizza, or you can make fruit shortcrust cake, cheesecakes, pies. 

There is always food in the refrigerator for making yeast-free dough. It can be kneaded on kefir, on sour milk, on sour cream, on any butter – butter or vegetable. An obligatory ingredient in yeast-free dough is baking powder or soda. Products made from this dough can be fried or baked in the oven.

To make a yeast-free dough, you will need two and a half cups of flour, 200 grams of sour cream, 100 grams of butter, a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of baking soda, and one tablespoon of sugar.

Sift flour and mix with baking soda, add butter, finely chopped with a knife. Pour in sour cream, add salt and sugar and knead not very steep dough. Let the yeast-free dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cooking.
