And finally, products of quality B. Such potatoes require more oil during cooking and, on average, lose 10% more in weight than products of quality A, that is, they have a higher degree of roasting.

6. Oil temperature should not be lower than 175-190 ° С.
7. Salt ready-made potatoes and serve immediately.
In the oven
1. Bake potatoes at a temperature of 220 ° C.
2. Sprinkle the frozen French fries evenly on a baking sheet in one layer.
3. Do not add any fat, including vegetable oil, to the baking sheet.
