- Don’t load your head. I try not to use the Internet before bed, not watch TV or movies. Better to read a book.
- Do not be nervous, because all emotions pass with us into a dream. And my perfect morning must be preceded by a well-spent night.
- Take an evening exercise… Many people now suffer from insomnia, and a short walk promotes healthy sleep.
- Make sleep comfortable… I definitely take a relaxing shower, ventilate the room. I always fluff up my pillows so that some airiness comes in. I sleep in warm socks. By the way, this habit helped me a lot in Europe – they save on heating.
- Wake up gradually. I’m not one of those who get up right away in the morning. Therefore, I set up all three of my alarm clocks – metal, plastic and on the phone. They are placed at different ends of the room and ring every 15 minutes, but one day I overslept anyway. I open my eyes and realize that I am lying in an embrace with all my alarm clocks, which have long been ringing!
6. Wake up with music… As soon as I get out of bed, I turn on the music to fill the room with pleasant sounds – in the morning silence I instantly fall asleep.
7. Do something that cheers you up. In the morning I like to sing, and not necessarily in the shower. Purr something under your breath or sing out loud. Helps develop articulation and cheer up.
8. Breakfast! Over time, I realized that you cannot neglect breakfast: with our rhythm of life, it is not known whether you will have time for lunch.
9. Wake up early. I wake up early even on days when I don’t need to go anywhere. Biorhythms are triggered. Then I look at my watch, realize that I can sleep for a couple more hours, smile and fall asleep again.
10. Enjoy the morning. I’m sure the right awakening is the key to a good day. You need to give yourself time to sip, fill the morning with pleasant things, tasty smells and enjoy every moment.

Morning is the least favorite time of the day for many people. Because it is precisely this that separates us from the warm blanket and makes us close our eyes from the flash of a bright light bulb in the toilet room. But getting up in the morning is still necessary for certain reasons, and therefore it is worth trying to turn this period into a pleasant event. Wake up early for a personalized resource ritual. This could be a hot cup of coffee, a cool shower, meditation, exercise, or watching your favorite clip. Any favorite activity that can cheer you up. Try to do it with feeling: if you drink coffee, drink it slowly, slowly, set aside time specifically for this event. Memorize feelings: sensations in the body, smells, images. And in especially difficult minutes of a working day, return to this state. This will become your resource where you can draw strength and vigor.
