How to make pancakes without milk (life hack)

No milk, but you want pancakes? Well, you don’t need it! It is worth replacing milk with soda water – and you get incredibly tender pancakes that just melt in your mouth with small mouth-watering holes.

Sparkling water loosens the dough, making the pancakes soft, fluffy and delicious. You can choose any filling to taste.

Ingredients:

  • 2 glasses. Carbonated water
  • 1-1,5 cups. Flour
  • 4-5 st. spoons. Vegetable oil
  • 0,5 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Sugar
  • The filling – not sweet or sweet – is your choice.

Preparation:

1. Pour sparkling water into a bowl. Add a glass of flour. Stir.

2. Salt. Add sugar. Mix.

3. Add more flour if necessary. The dough should be like sour cream in consistency. Beat with a mixer.

4. Add vegetable oil. Beat again. Leave the pancake dough without eggs for 5 minutes.

5. Preheat a frying pan, pour in some vegetable oil. Pour a small portion of the dough into the pan, distribute evenly over the surface, fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides. Oil for the rest of the pancakes need not be added any more.

6. Put the filling in the finished pancakes. Wrap in an envelope.
