How to make oat flour
 

Oatmeal is a dietary product and baked goods based on it (in half with another type of flour) are also considered as such, plus, in addition, flour products from it are more fluffy and crumbly.

It seems that making flour is easier than ever – grind the flakes with a blender or coffee grinder to the state of flour. It is, but consider the following factors:

– take the flakes, which should be cooked for a long time, the flour that is quickly cooked will come out sticky;

– so that the flour grinds well, dry the oatmeal flakes in the oven for an hour at a temperature of up to 100 degrees;

 

– oat flour can be added to the dough for dumplings and cheese cakes.
