Healthy sweets will not interfere with the diet of any person, not necessarily losing weight. And in the fall, additional vitamins, which are rich in dried fruits, will not hurt.
- Take 150 grams of dried fruit – it can be raisins, figs, dried apricots, prunes, dates, 300 grams of coconut and 100 grams of seeds or nuts, just pre-chopped.
- Soak dried fruits in boiling water for 15 minutes, barely chop seeds or nuts.
- Dried fruits get rid of excess liquid and chop in a meat grinder or blender.
- Roll the resulting homogeneous mass into balls, roll in coconut flakes, and then in seeds.
- Put the candy in the refrigerator for a few hours.
The adult version of sweets can be with the addition of alcohol – cognac, whiskey, rum. And the children’s option – instead of coconut breading, balls planted with sha skewers can be dipped in melted chocolate.
