How to make dried fruit candies
 

Healthy sweets will not interfere with the diet of any person, not necessarily losing weight. And in the fall, additional vitamins, which are rich in dried fruits, will not hurt.

  • Take 150 grams of dried fruit – it can be raisins, figs, dried apricots, prunes, dates, 300 grams of coconut and 100 grams of seeds or nuts, just pre-chopped.
  • Soak dried fruits in boiling water for 15 minutes, barely chop seeds or nuts.
  • Dried fruits get rid of excess liquid and chop in a meat grinder or blender.
  • Roll the resulting homogeneous mass into balls, roll in coconut flakes, and then in seeds.
  • Put the candy in the refrigerator for a few hours.

The adult version of sweets can be with the addition of alcohol – cognac, whiskey, rum. And the children’s option – instead of coconut breading, balls planted with sha skewers can be dipped in melted chocolate.
