This porridge, unloved by many children, seems very simple to prepare. In fact, by cooking semolina porridge in different ways, you can achieve a certain thickness and taste.
- take 2 cups of milk (or 1 to 1 milk with water)
- 4 tablespoons of semolina
- salt and sugar to taste
Boil milk, pour semolina in a thin stream, do not stop stirring. The porridge is cooked for 5 minutes over very low heat. Then the finished porridge needs to be infused under the lid for several minutes. Then add butter, berries, fruits or honey to the porridge.
There is another less troublesome cooking recipe. Do not cook semolina porridge, but just steam it with water, like couscous.
Pour dry semolina in proportions 1 cup semolina to 3 glasses of liquid into boiled milk, add salt and sugar and let it brew for 15 minutes.
