How to make delicious pita bread at home
 

Lavash is good instead of bread – you can wrap the filling in it and eat it as a separate dish. It is customary to make homemade lavash from yeast dough.

Ingredients: 

  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Water – 80 ml.
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp 
  • Dry yeast – 3 gr. 
  • Sol – 0,5 tsp. 

Preparation:

1. Mix dry ingredients – flour, salt, yeast, make a hole in a slide and pour water into it.

 

2. Knead the dough by adding butter.

3. Leave the kneaded dough to rest for a few hours.

4. Peel off a small piece of dough and roll it out thinly.

5. Fry in a pan on both sides for 30-50 seconds.

How to make delicious pita bread:

  • Roll out all the dough into one layer and bake in the oven.
  • A piece that needs to be rolled into a layer should lie down for 15 minutes, rest and straighten out.
  • Try not to roll out the dough, but to stretch it in your hands.
  • Sprinkle the finished pita bread with water so that it does not break.
