How to make delicious grilled cheese
 

This simple snack is very popular in restaurants. However, despite the seeming simplicity, not everyone succeeds in repeating this recipe at home.

You will need cheese: suluguni, mozzarella, feta cheese, Adyghe or Dutch. The classic is Camembert. For a pound of cheese, take 40 grams of flour, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of cream from 30 percent fat, 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs and olive oil.

Method of preparation:

1. Peel off the crust from the cheese, if any, beat the egg and cream.

 

2. Dip the cheese in flour, then in an egg and breadcrumbs.

3. Fry the cheese in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Sticks are served with cranberry, orange, lingonberry sauce.
