How to make compote jelly?
Jelly is the perfect dessert for the summer. Cold, very tender, moderately sweet and healthy, it must certainly decorate the family diet. Jelly is prepared from compote using a thickener: vegetable – agar-agar, or protein – gelatin.
If gelatin is used: Dissolve 1 bag of gelatin 15 grams in a small amount (half a glass) of compote at room temperature, and then mix with 0,5 liters of compote warmed up to 80 degrees.
Pour the resulting solution into molds and cool in the refrigerator. For making jelly from agar agar per liter of compote, take 8 grams of agar-agar, first dissolve in a small amount of compote, and then boil in a saucepan.
