To make homemade chips, you will need:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Take large, even potatoes and peel them off. Using a sharp knife, cut each tuber into thin slices. Place the chopped potatoes in a bowl and cover with cold water and three tablespoons of salt. After 30 minutes, fold the potato slices into a sieve to drain the liquid. Then place them on a linen towel to dry.

Heat refined vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in small portions until golden brown. Remove the finished chips with a slotted spoon and put on paper napkins. When the napkins have absorbed the excess fat, transfer the chips to a bowl and sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.

Chips should be evenly fried and not burn. If you overexpose them on fire, they will become bitter.

Chips in the microwave: recipe

This is probably the easiest recipe for making chips, but simplicity does not affect the taste. Therefore, if you want to make natural chips quickly and easily, you will need the following products:

  • 1 potato
  • pinch of salt
  • spice

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Place them on a flat plate and sprinkle with salt and your favorite spices. Put the dish in the microwave for 3 minutes, the power should be 700 watts. Then take out the plate, turn the chips over and put them back in the oven, after 1 minute they will be ready.

Sweet chips can be made from fruits; children will especially like this delicacy.

For the dish you will need:

  • 1 банан

  • 1 cup sugar
