Every day we take 8-10 thousand steps, and our legs are under pressure equivalent to hundreds of tons. To withstand such loads and look great by the onset of spring, your legs need a little care.
The legs also have their weaknesses. For example, the thin surface of the skin on the legs is as delicate and vulnerable as the skin on the hands. And although the skin on the feet is dense and thick, but in the absence of sebaceous glands, it quickly dries up and undergoes rapid aging. Another disadvantage is increased sweating of the legs. Alas, this is found everywhere, because on the feet there are about 600 sweat glands per square centimeter, which is three times more than on the whole body.
1. Refresh the skin
Closed shoes, prolonged exposure to winter boots in a warm room aggravates the problem of sweating. Heat and moisture create ideal conditions for the introduction and reproduction of fungi and viral infections. To avoid this, take care of your feet every day: after washing, wipe them dry with a towel (especially thoroughly between the toes), apply nourishing creams at night, and always refreshing deodorants in the morning.
2. Removing corns
Calluses and calluses are perhaps the most common problem. However, it can be solved easily (you just need to be patient). Never cut off the corns! This is the commandment of all pedicurs. At home, a special file for the feet copes with the problem. Treat dry skin with lightly dampening the file only. Then you can take a bath and then rub the cream into the steamed, but dry skin.
3. Get rid of cracks
The neglected problem of rough heels is cracks. Experts say it’s all about genetics. If mom or dad has such a problem, it means that it will befall the children. For prevention, you can drink a course
A foot massage that brings happiness
Clarins massage
The technique of this massage consists of slow and enveloping strokes, rotational and pressing movements. Thus, with the help of the fingers, there is a gentle but effective stimulation of specific points and areas: toes, ankles, arches, soles and heels.
Massage of the arch of the foot promotes complete relaxation of the whole body. This is because physiologically, this is where the “pumps” are located, forcing them to move upward to the heart.
For maximum relaxation, massage each toe in a circular motion with your thumbs. Then go to the foot massage. Knead the whole foot with your hands, “draw” with your thumbs a heart in the center of the foot. Then, with a bent index finger, press on the center of this “heart”. The body will receive maximum relaxation and blood microcirculation will improve.
