Almond milk is a delicious and healthy product. It is allowed to be consumed in fasting, as well as baked goods, desserts are prepared on its basis, and added to cereals.
To make almond milk, take 600 ml of water and 100 grams of almonds.
Cover the almonds with water and leave for at least 6 hours. Then rinse the nuts and peel them off. Grind the peeled almond kernels in a blender on high speed, add 600 ml of water and beat again. Strain the resulting mass through cheesecloth several times. The resulting milk is delicious to drink with honey or sugar. You can also add some of your favorite spices to it – cinnamon or cardamom.
