The famous Pomegranate bracelet is one of the brightest decorations on the New Year’s table, it looks so delicious and festive. This is one of the few holiday recipes that are great for a diet.
Those who have not tried it yet are confused by the presence of seeds. However, this is not a reason to refuse, because you can choose a variety with soft bones. The fruits are pale pink in color. There are many ways to prepare it. We will now get to know the most successful of them.
Garnet bracelet (classic)
Ingredients:
- Beets – 500 gr.
- Carrots – 300 gr.
- Chicken fillet – 300 gr.
- Potatoes – 200 gr.
- Chicken Eggs – 3 pieces.
- Pomegranate – 2 pcs.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Walnuts – 70 gr.
- Mayonnaise – 200 gr.
- Vinegar 9% – 1 tablespoons
- Sugar – 1 tsp.
- Salt – to taste.
- Black pepper to taste.
Boil potatoes, beets, eggs, peel them, rub coarsely into different containers. Grate fresh carrots in the same way. Bake the chicken, and finely chop the chicken after cooling. Onions should also be chopped, then pickled in a mixture of sugar, vinegar and salt. Pre-dry the nuts in the oven, then grind.
After preparing all the components, proceed to collecting the salad. Place a glass in the middle of a large dish. Lay out all its components in layers around it. Each layer needs to be lightly salted, a little greased with mayonnaise. Please note that the beetroot layer should be repeated twice – in the middle and on top. If you do not evenly lay out the pomegranate, then it will not be noticeable on the burgundy background. After finishing with the layers, take out the glass, walk over the resulting ring with mayonnaise. Spread the pomegranate seeds tightly on top, then refrigerate for 5 hours.
Pomegranate tuna bracelet
Ingredients:
- Canned tuna – 1 can.
- Boiled beets – 200 gr.
- Apples – 220 gr.
- Hard cheese – 100 gr.
- Chicken Eggs – 3 pieces.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Pomegranate – 1 pcs.
- Mayonnaise – 100 gr.
- Sour cream – 100 gr.
- Salt – to taste.
- Black pepper to taste.
Any canned fish made in its own juice will do. First, mix sour cream with mayonnaise, salt, add pepper. Prepare the rest of the ingredients – chop the onion, mash the fish with a fork, rub the other ingredients separately. Mix each component with a couple of tablespoons of sour cream sauce. Lay out the layers so that the top and one of the bottom are beets. Remove the glass, grease the ring with the rest of the sauce, place the pomegranate tightly on top.
Exotic Garnet Bracelet
Ingredients:
- Boiled champignons – 200 gr.
- Canned pineapple – 100 gr.
- Chicken Eggs – 2 pieces.
- Potatoes – 1 pcs.
- Beets – 1 pcs.
- Carrots – 1 pieces.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Prunes – 2 pcs.
- Pomegranate – 1 pcs.
- Walnuts – 50 gr.
- Mayonnaise – 200 gr.
- Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste.
Boil vegetables, eggs, peel them, use a coarse grater for chopping. Fry the mushrooms with finely chopped onions. Chop the nuts and cut the prunes into thin strips. Mix the beets and mayonnaise, then divide the mixture in two. Spread out all the ingredients of the dish in rings. The beet ring is laid out twice. Salt the vegetable layers if necessary. Go over with mayonnaise again, and lay the pomegranate-pineapple layer more densely on top.
Vegan Salad Recipe Pomegranate Bracelet
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 300 gr.
- Beets – 500 gr.
- Carrots – 300 gr.
- Tofu – 200 gr.
- Walnuts – 100 gr.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Pomegranate – 1-2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste.
- Vinegar 9% – 1 tsp
- Egg-free mayonnaise – 400 gr.
Hold the onion for twenty minutes in boiling water with vinegar, boil the root vegetables, peel after cooling. Grind in different plates with a coarse grater. Cut tofu into cubes and sauté with your favorite spices. Chop the nuts with a knife or a blender (calorizator). Next, lay out everything in rings, each adding some salt and coating with mayonnaise. There are two beetroot rings – on top and inside. Take out a glass, coat the whole composition with mayonnaise, and a juicy pomegranate will be the finishing touch.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 400 gr.
- Potatoes – 400 gr.
- Beets – 400 gr.
- Bulb onions – 150 gr.
- Pomegranate – 1 pcs.
- Mayonnaise 30% – 250 gr.
- Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste.
Cook fillets, beets, potatoes separately. Fry the onion until it is golden brown, add the boiled finely chopped fillet, continuing to fry for a few more minutes. Grate vegetables separately, chop nuts, peel pomegranate. Next, lay all the ingredients of the dish in layers. Beets are laid out twice – in the middle and in front of the pomegranate. Treat each layer with a small amount of mayonnaise, and the whole salad with the rest. The last accord is pomegranate seeds.
How to make the Garnet bracelet healthier and more dietary
The main calorie content is set in it by a large amount of potatoes, nuts and mayonnaise. It is enough to make a few adjustments to make the salad lighter.
- Reduce the amount of potatoes – 2-3 medium potatoes are sufficient. Boil potatoes in their skins. So it will retain more useful properties.
- Substitute low-fat mayonnaise or use 15% sour cream or Greek yogurt instead. Add salt, dry mustard, pepper to fermented milk products.
