How to make a juice cake with your own hands
Juice cake is an original way of serving a delicious drink and sweets to children. Such a cake will be relevant at a holiday in kindergarten.
The preparation of such a decoration will take a minimum amount of time. Choose small, bright juice packs to create your cake.
Do-it-yourself juice cake can be decorated with any sweets in individual packaging.
Buy the amount of sweets and juices based on the number of children invited. With sachets of juices, you can combine other sweet products in the package: chocolate, lollipops or cookies.
To prepare a cake, prepare:
- juice packs – 24 pcs .;
- biscuit “Kinder” – 24 pcs .;
- biscuits “Barney” or “Carry” – 24 pcs .;
- cardboard;
- wrapping or corrugated paper;
- scissors;
- glue;
- Scotch;
- bright ribbon;
- thin elastic bands;
- a toy;
- cellophane.
For the base, choose a very thick cardboard that can support the weight of the entire structure. You can buy it at a hardware store.
How to make a juice cake base
The base of the cake is made according to the following scheme:
- Make three round boxes out of cardboard. Their average diameter is 36, 30 and 15 cm. Cut out circles of the required size and strips of cardboard that will be the walls of the box. Tape the boxes together. For this, you can use glue or double-sided tape. Boxes are made without lids: only sides and bottom. The smallest box does not even have a bottom, but only a side.
- Cut out the base-circle, the diameter of which is 50 cm. Glue the box of the largest diameter to it with wide tape.
- Attach a medium-sized box to it in the same way.
- Attach the smallest diameter box ring at the top.
- Cover the structure with wrapping or corrugated paper. The latter option is preferable, since this paper hides all the flaws and takes almost any shape.
As a result, you will have a nice three-story structure.
Filling the cake with filling
Now you can fill the cake with the filling. Place the juice packs in a circle on the lower tier. Secure them with a thin elastic band and tape. On the second row, secure the packages with Kinder biscuits. Also secure them with elastic and tape. Place Barney on the topmost row and secure them as well. Candies and biscuits can be glued onto double-sided tape.
Put a bright toy on top in the third box. Wrap the structure with packaging cellophane and secure with tape.
A do-it-yourself juice cake will become both a decoration and a delicious gift for a child.
