There are different situations and it may happen that you started a cake or a biscuit is needed for dessert, and the oven or slow cooker failed. But there is a life hack, thanks to which the biscuit can be cooked in a frying pan.
4 eggs;
200 grams of powdered sugar;
120 gr. Flour;
125 grams of melted butter;
1 tsp. baking powder;
1 / 4 tsp. salts;
a sachet of vanillin.
Beat 4 eggs with a whisk, add powdered sugar, continue beating for a while. Then add flour, salt, vanillin and baking powder, gently stir with a spoon. At the end, add melted butter, gently knead the dough with a spoon. Grease the prepared form with oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into the mold. In a deep saucepan, such as a wok, pour 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil and heat for a couple of minutes over medium heat. Inside we put a small solid metal mold without a bottom, which will serve as a stand. Place the form with the dough on it. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 45-50 minutes. We check the readiness with a match.
