I am asking for tips whether I should consult this condition with a doctor, and if so, with what? I am also wondering if I should not take vitamins or dietary supplements during intense exercise. The doctor explains how to lower the pulse

Dear sir, to be honest I don’t quite understand the question. Worries you high pulse during exercise, but you haven’t even written exactly what your pulse is. You should also provide information about your health condition. If you have decided to train because of overweight or obesity and you have never trained before, then it is much elevated heart rate may persist for an extended period of time. This is due to the lack of adaptation of the body to increased physical exertion. Of course, an elevated heart rate can result from a variety of diseases.

First of all, it is necessary to take into account hyperthyroidism (the metabolism is accelerated), hypertension, hypoglycaemia (low blood glucose), anemia and heart failure. Please do not try to lower your heart rate on your own. I suggest that you go to your family doctor for further diagnosis and possible treatment. If necessary, you will be referred to a specific specialist, for example to a cardiologist or endocrinologist. When it comes to vitamins and minerals, you can use them as much as possible.

Please also remember about adequate hydration of the body during training. In the case of other dietary supplements, I am skeptical about them and I do not recommend taking them.
