“Many girls dream of being slim, having a beautiful and toned body,” says Anastasia Shelomanova. – At the very beginning, the majority, as a rule, with a great desire, begin to change their diet, refuse junk food and soda, sign up for the gym or work out at home in anticipation of the first results, which, with strict adherence to the regime, are not long in coming. It’s very good if you can resist and not eat too much. Usually in such situations, relatives say that nothing will come from one piece of cake and a couple of tablespoons of salad with mayonnaise, and most give in to persuasion. Here the mechanism is triggered that relatives want only good.
And some allow themselves a piece of cake, thinking that the next day in the hall they will all work out. So it is so, but still, when you are on a weight loss program and are just starting out, it is very important to realize that in order to achieve results, you need to do not so much physical work on yourself as psychological work – you need to tune in to the fact that you will have to sacrifice something and deny yourself something.
