– I started to gain weight after school. Probably, my personal life affected: by that time I had begun to live with a young man. Even then, the reflection in the mirror ceased to please: I tried to diet. It turned out to lose 2-3 kg, then they came back again. So in 5 years I have reached the 79-80 kg mark. After 6 years of measured life, we parted. All experiences went into my hands: I managed to lose 12 kg. True, as soon as I calmed down, they began to return. Three more years – and I am at the same weight.
A new place of work helped to get off the ground. I felt needed by people. In addition, a young and impudent guy came to our company. Before he had time to get settled, he said that we should all go to fitness. Then I was skeptical about his words. But I feel the words sunk into my soul, and it was as if they took me weakly: I wanted to prove to myself and everyone that I could become slim.
As it turned out, we lived next to that guy. Therefore, we decided to get home together. Rushing from stop to stop (men walk much faster, and you have to catch them!) I lost 6 kg. This is for 3 months of walking through the snowdrifts. Seeing the result, I was inspired, I began to eat less.
One fine day, I clearly realized that for great results you need to go to fitness. But everything did not work out: there was no money for a subscription, then there was no time. We managed to solve the problem with finances, and then there was time. I got a credit card, bought an evening pass (it turned out to be cheaper) to a fitness center next to my house. Three stops on foot there and back became an additional burden. Plus, I gave up meat in favor of vegetables. My menu included cabbage, carrots, kefir, tea and coffee. Then my mother got scared: “God forbid you become anorexic!” Then I saw the result and realized that everything was fine. All my relatives are fat. They explain it by genes, but I believe that everything is in our heads! Colleagues also scolded: “You are ruining yourself!” But vegetarians live and feel great!
I go to the gym three times a week. The program was developed for me by the same colleague. Moreover, he decided to keep me company! The first 3-4 months I only had cardio loads: a treadmill, an exercise bike. Weight left like water off a duck’s back. For a month I have lost 5-6 kg. Now we have added strength training, meat has appeared on the menu. After all, muscles need protein. Sometimes I do it at home: in the morning I swing the press 15 times. By the way, the press is a very effective exercise. In two weeks my stomach has become much smaller.
From all the efforts I see only advantages.
+ More compliments. All colleagues unanimously affirm: “There is so much energy and kindness. You are a super positive person! ” Although, according to popular wisdom, a woman on a diet is evil. I posted a photo before and after on a social network, so many surprised and enthusiastic comments! When they meet, acquaintances are also in a slight shock. This spurs even more! You look at old photographs, there I am a woman of forty. And now they don’t give more than 25!
+ New wardrobe. Not so long ago I wore size 58, and today 44. It sounds funny, but even the shoes have become one size smaller. With new parameters, buying your own clothes is such a pleasure! After all, they sew more on slender ones. Before you go shopping, you look at the windows, you want everything, but does not climb! And now she came, took what she liked, tried it on and bought it. For the whole summer I went in trousers for a total of two weeks. All dresses and skirts. And before that I didn’t get out of my jeans.
+ Promotion at work. As soon as something changed in my life, everything began to change.
+ I started taking less pills. They used to drown out the pain. And now I just get sick, I do some kind of sports exercise, and everything goes away. And I don’t remember the last time I had a cold, for example.
+ Attention of men. They meet in clubs on the dance floor and even in the gym. On the streets they began to turn around, however, they do not dare to take a phone number!
+ I began to love myself more. In September, for the first time at a conscious age, I go to rest with my relatives in Bishkek. I heard that fur coats are cheap there. And this is my childhood dream! By the New Year, I decided to change the color of my hair. New Year – a new image and a new life!

Breakfast is always coffee with lemon. Coffee reduces appetite, and lemon has fat burning properties. I can’t eat something more satisfying because I’m sick in transport.
Lunch consists of salad or meat.
For dinner I usually drink kefir or eat a couple of fruits, they replace sugar for me. Forever eliminated sugar, bananas, grapes and fast food. Sometimes I can afford flour and alcohol.
It was difficult at the beginning of the journey. But the main thing is to start! When you see the result, you want to go further towards your goal! Now for me this is no longer a diet, but a normal diet: the stomach is used to healthy food and small portions. Although on holidays at a feast I can afford to eat and drink everything. But with one condition that tomorrow there will be fitness.
