How to lose weight on the autumn pumpkin diet
 

The end of summer and the beginning of autumn is the time when the pumpkin appears. From this product, you can prepare a lot of hearty and tasty dishes, with a low calorie content. Pumpkin helps to cleanse the body of toxins and lose weight.

Pumpkin also significantly increases the body’s resistance to viruses and infections, which is important in the season of the onset of colds. Pumpkin contains a large amount of beta-carotene, vitamins C, E, B1, B2, PP, fiber and minerals – potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and fluoride.

The pumpkin diet menu is designed for 4 days, which can be repeated up to 12 days. During this time, about 8 kilograms of excess weight are lost.

First day:

 

Breakfast: pumpkin salad and pumpkin puree.

Lunch: pumpkin soup.

Dinner: steamed pumpkin.

Second day:

Breakfast: pumpkin salad and pumpkin puree.

Lunch: diet vegetable soup and pumpkin pancakes.

Dinner: fresh or cooked apples.

The third day:

Breakfast: pumpkin salad and pumpkin puree.

Lunch: soup with meatballs.

Dinner: pumpkin salad with pineapple.

Fourth day:

Breakfast: pumpkin salad and pumpkin puree.

Lunch: vegetable soup or borscht.

Dinner: pumpkin stew.

For the duration of the pumpkin diet, salt, fats and sugar should be reduced or completely excluded from the menu. You can drink pure water and herbal teas without sugar. Small light snacks are allowed. Dinner should be no later than 4 hours before bedtime.

For any digestive disorders or chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, the pumpkin diet is undesirable.
