Spending this energy reserve, he quickly loses water, and not at all the fat that you expect to burn in these 5 days.

It’s also good if you have introduced strict food restrictions for only a few days: in such a short time, global changes will not occur, which are the body’s response to the threat of hunger. After all, a sharp reduction in calories in the expectation of radical weight loss in a short time is nothing more than hunger, no matter what diet you call it. When such a threat arises, changes begin in the endocrine system: hormones responsible for processing fats are produced in smaller quantities, as well as those that control appetite. In the morning, upon waking up, drink a glass of raw water with a teaspoon of lemon juice and a drop of honey.
