– I was full all my life – from the very childhood. And she always dreamed of losing weight. But there was no “trigger” – I just realized that I couldn’t and didn’t want to be in such a big weight anymore. I don’t want to go shopping and realize that I have no clothes on!

To lose weight, I went to group therapy at a weight loss center.

In group lessons, we examined the reasons for overeating and being overweight, we found in everyone a true problem associated with weight gain, often psychological.

I kept a food diary in which I recorded what time and what I ate. Every day I ate in accordance with the “calorie corridor”, per day – no more than a certain number of calories. We ate 6 times a day and weighed ourselves daily.

I did not go in for sports, but I added more joy to my life – I began to go to massage, to the bathhouse, to the pool. I just pampered my body, and it began to lose weight. The first 10 kg went away easily. With the rest it was more difficult: the weight went away slowly – 100-200 grams per day. But I did it! I don’t understand now – how can you go back to the old one ?! After all, keeping your normal weight is quite realistic.

– I’ve been a chubby since childhood. This is not surprising: I loved eating fast food. But after 25 years, health problems began – hypertension, gastritis appeared. At some point, I felt scared for my future – after all, I am young, and I am sick like an old man! In addition, I’m tired of being awkward, feeling disrespectful from others, relatives and friends. I decided to change.

I began to read a lot of literature, articles, watched a lot of programs on the topic of weight loss and muscle building. And he himself, without the help of a trainer and a nutritionist, made himself a nutrition and training program. The first two months I only pumped the press at home. Then I did push-ups and lifted dumbbells three times a day 20-30 times. Balanced nutrition: the correct balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates – counted according to the table of carbohydrates.

Nobody supported me, did not control, I just walked towards my goal. Now it has become a way of life. And I like this kind of life!

– It all started with the fact that during pregnancy I gained 40 kg, my weight exceeded 100 kg. I got scared to look at myself in the mirror. At that moment, I bought a subscription to the fitness center and began to monitor the nutrition myself. At first I just went to group classes and followed a diet from the Internet: in the morning I ate only cereals and fruits, and in the afternoon – chicken and cottage cheese. 20 kilos went away quickly enough. And then the weight stopped. Then I signed up for individual lessons with a coach.

I worked out 4-5 times a week in the gym, followed all the nutritional recommendations. I kept a food diary and followed a strict, tailored diet. It was difficult to get used to eating very often – 5-6 times a day. Sometimes I had to force food into myself, but now I got used to it. My second problem was the inability to give up sweets – I was addicted! Lost – got up in the morning and ate your favorite chocolate. But then, when the first results appeared, I felt offended: to spend so much energy on training and diet, and the weight goes away less than it could, just because of the chocolate I ate.

– I have three children. And, of course, after every birth, I put on weight. And now they do not let me relax and break.

I began to work out in the gym: twice a week – with a personal trainer, three times a week – training on an ellipsoid and stretching. But 70% of success lies in proper nutrition, which individually, taking into account my characteristics, was selected for me by a trainer. I eat 5-6 times a day, only steamed chicken or beef, no carbohydrates. Now my son is happy with me: when I ask him how I look, he answers: “It’s okay!”

– After giving birth, I gained more than 20 kilograms. Then came the critical moment when I decided to take on myself. I have my own photography school, and, of course, I – her face – cannot be fat!

For 5 months of active sports and proper nutrition, I managed to lose 25 kg. Now I weigh even less than before pregnancy. I worked with a professional trainer Pavel Patsura, who made up a nutrition program for me. For the first week, I ate everything I wanted every three hours, only without bread. In the second week, I removed light carbohydrates from the diet – sweet, starchy foods and potatoes. Since then, I eat like this: in the morning I eat rice, buckwheat with meat or steamed fish and at least 6 times a day. This has already become a habit, and if I go somewhere, be sure to take containers of food with me. As you know, the more often you eat, the better your metabolism works.

Now, on the advice of a trainer, I have a period of “drying” – that is, a rigid diet, thanks to which the maximum number of calories is burned. I eat like this: 100 g of rice or buckwheat until 12.00, and then – chicken fillet, stew or boiled beef every three hours. Of the vegetables, I can only eat cucumbers, onions, cabbage and green peppers. Do not eat red vegetables and fruits. But one day a month you can eat up to the dump of everything you want. This day is considered a rest for the body.

Surprisingly, I have never lost my temper during this time. Because I really really wanted to lose weight. Every morning I weighed myself at the same time, wrote down the result in my diary. It took me 200 g per day, which was a real motivation.

Thanks to my husband, he always supported me – as he used to say that anyone loves me, and now he continues to carry me in his arms.

Tatiana Tsai: losing weight is not easy at all!

– I’ve always been plump. But I was no longer pleased with my reflection in the mirror, and I decided to start working on myself. Whoever says that losing weight is easy is wrong! I had to give up sweet and starchy foods, my favorite fast food. I had to fall in love with chicken breast and cottage cheese. I started going to the gym, to individual karate and zumba classes. I didn’t break down and I will never break down, because a lot of energy was spent. Now I like to look at my reflection, to hear compliments, how good I look. It has already become a lifestyle. – The motivation for losing weight was my young man, who threw off a lot of extra pounds on his own. He helps, supports and does not allow himself to be slack. But my boyfriend prepares and calculates calories, I only sometimes make diet desserts. Of course, there can be no talk of fast food. We also excluded all sauces from the diet, except for soy.

– I used to do cross-country skiing, I used to eat a lot, not limiting myself in anything, and I gained a lot of weight. I work as a manager in a fitness center and have always looked with admiration at beautiful, muscular guys and girls. Once I wanted to look like a magazine cover and came to the trainer with the words: “I want to perform at the bodybuilding championship in the fitness bikini category!” The coach supported me. He made me a training and nutrition program.

In my diet, a certain ratio of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, necessary to maintain a beautiful shape. Of course, there are no fast carbs – I don’t eat sweets, pastries, and even fruits. The exception is grapefruit. I eat a lot of vegetables, and I eat complex carbohydrates until 14.00. During the week I hold on, and on weekends I “break away” and eat anything, even at night.

I pumped up muscles and lost weight in just 3 months, because it’s not at all difficult for me – I’m used to sports, and my current work is directly related to it. This season I took second place in the bodybuilding championship and now I will go to the Russian championship. Although in fact I liked myself in any weight and men always showered me with compliments. I just like to win!
