– In my free time, I go in for equestrian sports, visit the gym three times a week, and also dance Caucasian dances. The recipe for a good figure is not only sports, but also a healthy diet.
My morning starts with a jog and breakfast consists of oatmeal and yogurt. During the day I drink up to two liters of water, also vegetables and fruits are included in my diet. A standard lunch consists of buckwheat, chicken breast and vegetable salad. I try to have dinner until six o’clock in the evening. The ideal dinner for me consists of boiled frozen vegetables, chicken fillet and cottage cheese for dessert.

On the eve of summer, I add to my schedule outdoor jogging in the park, pool and massage. Besides being useful, it’s also very enjoyable. But the main rule of a fit figure and good mood is at least 30 minutes a day of energetic dancing and always to your favorite music.

Also, if you want to lose weight, do not forget about vegetables, but forget about potatoes.
For dinner, pure protein – meat or eggs. Don’t overload your body before bed. And don’t rule out snacks like tea, apples, or yogurt throughout the day. The main thing is not to forget that at least an hour should pass between the main meal and a snack.

But I am sure that a good figure is inherited with genes, because I do not adhere to special diets and fitness, except at the place of study, I do not practice anywhere else.
