How to lose weight after childbirth quickly and without sports

The 32-year-old woman admitted that she did not exercise at all. None. Never.

Before giving birth, Teresa was thin and sonorous. She was just lucky by nature. No diet, no training – nothing like that in her life. And then … no, she was not stolen by aliens, she just got married. Teresa gave birth to a son and her hormones went crazy.

“After giving birth, the weight grew by leaps and bounds. In addition, I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, which made the situation even worse. I gained 50 kilograms in a year, ”Teresa admits.

Diets, gym, daily jogging – it was all wasted. The scales were showing some creepy numbers.

“I dropped two kilograms, immediately gained another five. And so on in a circle, ”she says.

And then Teresa became pregnant again and gave birth to a daughter. After the birth of baby Faith, the arrow on the scales reached 103 kilos.

“There is no diet that I would not try. Everything is in vain, ”recalls the young mother.

Realizing that there was no other way out, Teresa went to the doctor. He offered her a strict keto diet. According to the doctor, the new diet would help Teresa both lose weight and solve hormone problems.

Strict is not just scary words. The diet was really pretty tough. Almost all carbohydrates were gone from Teresa’s menu. No pasta, no sandwiches – nothing like that. Fatty fish, lean meat, nuts, eggs and avocados became the basis of the diet of a woman desperate to lose weight.

In the first two months, Teresa lost 15 kilograms.

“I was amazed. It’s incredible – no other diet has worked this way. I continued to eat as the doctor ordered, and the weight melted before our eyes. I completely gave up carbohydrates. I preferred food rich in protein and healthy fats, ”she explains in a conversation with The Mirror.

At the same time, Teresa did not even look into the gym. The only exercises she did were walks with the children to and from school, shopping and homework.

In addition, Teresa gave up the idea of ​​eating often, but in small portions. She followed the intermittent fasting system, consuming her entire daily meal in two meals.

“I have breakfast at 11, and next time I eat, for example, at two in the afternoon. And then – fasting until the next morning. It was hard at first, but I’m used to it, ”says Teresa.

The girl admitted: now she feels amazing. In just 10 months, she lost half of her weight.

“Now I can easily run with my children, I have ceased to be ashamed of my appearance, and I have so much energy! I’ve never felt better, ”she smiles.

By the way, Teresa’s example was followed by her husband. He has been on a ketogenic diet for only three months, and the results are already pretty visible.
