Yes, despite the fact that Instagram is replete with pictures of slender beauties in revealing bikinis and no less candid poses. The fact is that Nicole Knight took the photo just two weeks after becoming a mom for the second time. And it’s really amazing: not many nulliparous girls look like that. Absolutely flat stomach, slender hips, toned shoulders, not an extra centimeter.

Two weeks after delivery

“I still have four extra pounds left,” she says modestly. “They are not very visible, because the weight can be distributed in different ways.”

Nicole, 25, is not a fitness blogger, nor does she promote clothing lines, weight loss programs, or sports nutrition. She’s just a mom of two who looks like a Victoria’s Secret angel. Nicole’s secret is simple. Someone will call it selfishness, someone – a normal healthy practice. It sounds like this: “You should always be in the first place for yourself.” No matter how difficult it is, you always need to pay attention to yourself. After all, if mom is doing well, then everyone around will be fine.

Four weeks after giving birth

25-year-old Nicole spends her time “on herself” on sports. She always did it, before and during pregnancies, and returned to training just 6 weeks after the second birth.

“I do 3-5 times a week, preferring intense interval training,” she says.

Nicole’s doctor didn’t mind, so she remained active throughout the pregnancy. Exercise works wonders not only for the body, but also for mental health, she said.

“Even a ten-minute walk around the block can brighten your day,” she said. She’s probably right, because the metamorphoses of her body are just some kind of miracles. The photo shows how Nicole’s figure changed from week to week.

However, Nicole warns: sport is not a panacea. After pregnancy and childbirth, the body changes, possibly permanently.

“I now have a lot of extra skin on my stomach. But I think this is a small price to pay for two beautiful children, ”she comments on a video showing this very extra skin. In the photo, by the way, this is completely invisible.

Nicole also advises to focus less on your body:

“Try to admire your body for its ability to experience these changes and create new life. Let now we are not the same as before, with widening hips, a cesarean scar, stretch marks or loose skin, like mine. It is important to be proud of these changes, because they show that this body has created a new wonderful life. “
