At the same time, the girl dropped too much in just six months. Polina took over in February 2009. For a long time, the star did not expand on how she managed to lose weight so rapidly, but one day she still let it slip. It turned out that it was not only about the increased workload and the killer work schedule in the theater.
Polina’s diet, as it turned out, is similar to the system of Margarita Koroleva – a star nutritionist has long developed a modern way to effectively lose weight without compromising health. The diet is based on a staged mono-diet: the first stage is a three-day rice mono-diet, the second is a chicken-based mono-diet, and the third is a vegetable diet. The duration of the diet is nine days, during which you can not only lose weight, but also accustom the body to small portions and healthy food. True, it is difficult to sustain three days on proteins or carbohydrates. Therefore, Gagarina slightly simplified the system. She alternated between chicken, rice and vegetables every other day, completely eliminating flour and forgetting about food after six in the evening. Also, the star tried to drink at least one and a half liters of clean water.
Having got into shape, Gagarina already only supported the results obtained. In this she was helped by a busy schedule and passion for her own business. According to Polina, in order not to gain weight, it is very important not to consider food as a way to cheer yourself up; it must be kept at the level in other ways. Gagarina’s advice is to do what you love, love and smile more.
Apparently, the star will soon have to check her system again, because, as the media and Instagram of Polina’s colleagues testify, her position is still “interesting”. Apparently, in order not to start the situation this time, Polina does not stop being active and even goes to the gym. Pilates has been a preference for a long time. As you know, this training system allows you to tighten all the muscles in the body and keep the body in good shape. Also in Polina’s arsenal there is cardio training. Moreover, the star does not use the services of a personal trainer, regulating the load herself.
By the way, the star also does not use the services of a beautician as often as many think. She does not have a personal doctor, and so far the singer has not performed a single complicated procedure. The oldest of all that she had a chance to try was RF-lifting, which promotes the production of its own hyaluronic acid. And Paul considers healthy sleep at least eight hours a day to be the main recipe for wrinkles and a dull complexion.
