Hydrogen peroxide was used by our mothers and grandmothers not only to disinfect abrasions, but also to bleach hair. With her help, the beauties became blondes. But this drug dries the hair too much, and the resulting color is unpredictable. Therefore, now peroxide is not used to dye curls. To discolor hairs above your upper lip or chin, take a cotton pad and soak it with hydrogen peroxide. Place on skin and press well. Hold it for one and a half to two minutes. If the hair is too dark and thick, repeat the procedure two to three times until the result is completely satisfactory to you. The antennae usually lighten more quickly than the hair on the chin and neck. Therefore, one procedure is enough there.
Modern ways to deal with antennae on the face
In addition to bleaching with hydrogen peroxide, there are many modern methods that will help get rid of the antennae on the face forever. One of the most effective is waxing. With a sharp separation of hair from the skin, the bulb collapses, and the antennae stop growing altogether or grow very slowly. To achieve the maximum effect, it is necessary to remove the hairs with wax within a year – one and a half. The good thing about this procedure is that it is easy to do at home. It is enough to buy wax, heat it to the desired temperature, apply it on the face and remove unwanted hair.
Photoepilation is another procedure that will help to cope with the antennae. This method is based on the ability of the hair pigment (melanin) to absorb light waves. A thermal effect is created, which leads to the death and destruction of the bulb. After a few sessions, facial hair disappears completely.
