But it also happens the other way around, when a column has to be installed in a fully decorated interior. In such cases, it is best to place it between the cabinets. It should be at the same height as them. So the device will not be too conspicuous. If, after that, the column continues to annoy with its presence in the kitchen, then you will have to resort to some drastic measures. For example,

· Hide the gas water heater in the cabinet. There are some nuances to remember here. Firstly, the box should be larger than the unit in size, since the column tends to heat up. Secondly, the shape of the cabinet will depend on whether the combustion chamber is open or closed. With an open chamber, in no case should a closed cabinet be made, it must be without a bottom and a lid to ensure ventilation and air access;

· Close the gas water heater with the door. The option is less expensive than the first one. It is very convenient to do this if the unit is located between two cabinets. Hinges can be attached to the wall of one of them. The door material must be fire resistant. Metal varieties look very good, especially if you make a forged model;

· Paint the gas water heater. There are several variations here. You can make the color of the appliance identical to the color of the rest of the household appliances. But there is another option: the gas water heater will match the shade of the kitchen facades;

· Disguise the gas water heater or make it a bright highlight of the kitchen interior. In this case, vinyl stickers of various subjects can help. A more expensive and creative option is decorative painting.
