Dear sir, you should first write down what medications you are using on a permanent basis, it is crucial. It is difficult for me to comment on the field that belongs to nutritionists and personal trainers. Unfortunately, I will not make you an exercise plan. This should be done by a professional. In order to achieve the intended goal, it is certainly not enough to focus on only one part of the body – in your case, the stomach.
Exercises that engage all muscle groups should be performed. You will certainly benefit from swimming and running on the treadmill. In many gyms you can find devices that make it easier abdominal modeling. I think they will be helpful, but I suggest you start using them only after consultation with a personal trainer. Please remember that regular exercise is very important in achieving your goal. You should exercise at least three times a week, preferably five times a week.
The exercises should be completed correct diet. Unfortunately bad diet it can destroy all the effort you have put into the exercises you are doing. A healthy diet, rich in vegetables and fruits and low in processed products, fats and simple sugars will help you achieve your dream goal. As you can see, the assumptions are not difficult, but applying them can be. The most important thing is not to give up.
