Preparing the body for the birth of a girl
When deciding to have a baby at 35, first of all contact a good gynecologist who will guide your pregnancy. If you have chronic diseases (diabetes, asthma, hypertension or other ailments), you will be registered with the appropriate specialists.
In addition to a gynecological examination, you will need an examination of the mammary glands, ultrasound of the pelvic organs, smears for oncocytology and vaginal microflora, as well as a number of tests for sexually transmitted infections.

To increase the likelihood of having a daughter at 35, conception can be planned by focusing on your ovulation and calculating its timing. “Schedule” sexual intercourse strictly three days before it occurs, because two days before ovulation increases the likelihood of having a boy. Strengthen the effect of conceiving a girl by abstaining from sexual intercourse for 2-3 days after ovulation. You can determine its onset using a special pharmacy test, an ovulation calendar or basal temperature measurement.
Meals for a mom planning a baby girl
For the further birth of a female child at 35 years old, you need to exclude foods containing potassium and sodium from your diet, replacing them with more foods with magnesium and calcium. Eat boiled meat in small quantities, or even better – switch to fresh or frozen fish, which you can steam.
Scientists recommend that women who dream of daughters completely abandon table salt, sausages, potatoes, bread, muffins and fried meat.
Try to eat more yoghurts, whole milk and hard cheeses, as well as vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, beets, onions, and eggplants. Be sure to eat fresh salads, arugula, and spinach. Nuts, broccoli, citrus fruits and legumes are no less effective for conceiving a girl. You should drink cocoa, herbal teas and mineral water with calcium, but carbonated drinks should be completely excluded.
