😉 Greetings to my beloved readers! How to get up early and get enough sleep? It turned out to be easy to do! You only need desire.
For a long time I sat at the monitor until 2 am. In the morning I was “boiled” and got tired quickly. I had to change the regime. It helped! Now I am sharing useful information with you. If you get up early, then you do more and do more!
How to get up early
Friends, how many times have you heard about the benefits of getting up early? How often have you tried to introduce the habit of getting up earlier in your life? And before, what time is it? At 7, 6 or 5 o’clock in the morning? I think this article will answer the question of how to get up early.
First, let’s define some of the subtleties, without understanding which you will never find the answer to the question posed in the title of the article.
First, why did you suddenly need to get up at dawn? Is it because successful people do this? Or maybe you think the theory “you sleep less – you do more” is correct?
Surely, you know: without a goal, without a clear understanding of why you need it, no decisive action will be taken.
Therefore, the first thing to do is to answer the question: why? Have you answered? 😉 Then let’s move on!
It is important to remember that sleep is essential for the body’s recovery process. Also, during sleep, our brain processes information received over the past day.
Lack of sleep leads to a decrease in the performance of our body.
Even if it seems to you that 4-5 hours of sleep is enough for you, it is not so. Healthy sleep is 7-8 hours for an adult and 9-10 hours for children and adolescents.
That is, if you want to wake up earlier in order to increase your productivity, then you need to go to bed earlier, taking into account the above recommendations.
It is known that sleep is divided into two phases: fast and slow. The first lasts about 20 minutes, the second – about 2 hours. Sleep begins with a fast phase, then changes to a slow one, then REM sleep again enters into action, and so on.
To wake up easily, you need to calculate the duration of sleep so that the wake-up time falls on the fast phase. At the same time, do not forget to add to the result obtained the amount of time you need to fall asleep.
Example: how to get up early and feel refreshed
Let’s look at an illustrative example. You need to wake up at 6 am. In order for the sleep to be full, it should take at least 7 hours. During this time, the phases of REM and slow sleep will change three times, after which the twenty-minute period will again come, in which you should wake up.
That is, from 6 o’clock in the morning it is necessary to subtract 7 hours and 10 minutes. It turns out 22:50. Let’s say it takes you about 20-30 minutes to fall asleep. This means that the time at which you have to go to bed is 22:20 – 22:30.
As a result, about seven and a half hours will be spent on sleep, which is acceptable for good performance of the body.
Likewise, calculate your ideal rebound and climb times based on your own characteristics.
For a truly good morning, include something enjoyable in your routine that you really want to get up early for.
For example, make yourself a full breakfast, exercise. If you love reading, take at least 30 minutes in the morning to read a book – in general, do what you enjoy, but for which you usually do not have enough time.
Thus, you will cheer yourself up and recharge with positive energy for the whole day.
And in order not to accidentally get carried away with your favorite activities in the morning and not be late for work / school later, write down your morning routine and the time allotted for each task point by point. For example:
- shower – 15 minutes;
- charging – 15 minutes;
- breakfast – 30 minutes and so on.
Try to stick to the plan every day, then over time all actions will become a habit, and the problem of being late will disappear from your life. Perhaps these are the basic principles, following which, you can learn to get up easily early in the morning.
The main thing, remember: the guarantee of vital energy, great well-being and high productivity (for which you, for sure, started making friends with an early rise) is a healthy sleep and adherence to the regime. Therefore, in pursuit of increasing your working time, do not forget about this so important detail.
