How to get slimmer without changing your daily routine

Experts believe that visiting a fitness club 2-3 times a week is not enough for slimness. Daily physical activity is important – at least 200 minutes per week. Nutritionist and psychologist of eating behavior Evgenia Savelyeva proposes to fill everyday chores with movement and become slimmer, without changing the usual daily routine. Attention: do not miss the competition on the last page!

1. While brushing your teeth, dance, contract the muscles of the legs, buttocks, abdomen. Children will be happy to support you and have fun in the morning. Turn on the music – and go!

2. Apply makeup while standing. On average, we spend 50 hours a month on makeup. During this time, sitting we spend 79 kcal, and standing – 113 kcal.

3. Get off transport 1-2 stops before your destination, and ideally walk all the way. It improves muscle tone and blood circulation.

1. When leaving the store, distribute the purchases evenly in two packages. While walking home, slightly pull the load up and down – this will tone your arm muscles.

2. When cooking, do not stand in one place: turn on the music and dance. Let your husband see that you are happy!

3. If you have flowers at home, water them from a small (not large!) Container. By filling it over and over again, you will move more.

4. Rearrange your home, change your comfort zone. Move things that you often use higher so that you have to reach for them.

5. Wash the floor without a mop. Washing floors by hand for 10 minutes can help you burn over 80 calories.

1. While talking on the phone, walk around the house or stretch.

2. Do various exercises while watching TV. You can just swing your legs in the air.
