10 effective ways to weaken your immune system.

We are constantly busy with something: some are studying, others are working, and still others are developing their own business. All these activities take a lot of time and effort, so a cold illness is sometimes perceived as an opportunity to rest. And some people are looking for ways to lie in bed for several days and not leave the house. In this article, we’ll show you how to get sick quickly for a week and get yourself a weekend break.

How to get sick for a week? 10 effective ways to weaken your immune system.

First of all, it is important to decide whether you are really ready to be sick for a while. Or you can just take some tricks to avoid going to work or school. For example, you can deceive relatives and not go to school if you press the thermometer against the radiator or put it in a glass of hot water. In this case, the thermometer will show a high temperature.

The doctor can also be deceived by showing him a thermometer, where there will be an increased body temperature. To do this, you first need to rub the armpits with salt. You can get a high body temperature if you eat a little lead from a pencil or a lump of sugar, on which a drop of iodine is dropped. However, such methods are fraught with serious health consequences.

Scientists from the University of Michigan have made an unusual discovery. For a long time, they actively studied the existence of certain features of human life that affect the recognition of influenza by the immune system. So, scientists managed to find out that people are much easier to tolerate those subtypes of the virus that have already been ill in childhood. In addition, the researchers were interested in what influences the infection of relatives with the flu, if at first only one member of the family fell ill. As a result of many years of work, they managed to understand that influenza infection depends on microbes that colonized the mucous membrane of the nose and throat of still healthy people and those already infected. Thus, some bacteria helped to pick up the infection, while others, on the contrary, tried to prevent the transmission of the virus.

And here’s how you can get sick for a week for real:

  • eat a large amount of ice cream or drink a lot of soft drinks – even if the weather is warm outside, hypothermia of the body will lead to a reddening of the throat and the appearance of pain in the head;

  • go to the balcony after taking water procedures and stand there for at least 5 minutes;

  • take a walk in cool weather in light clothing after an intense workout;

  • wet your feet while walking;

  • take about 50 breaths of frosty air, opening your mouth wide – in the morning your throat will be red and sore (you shouldn’t be too zealous here, as you can get pneumonia);

  • sleep during the night in a draft;

  • after taking water procedures, stay in a room with a working air conditioner for at least an hour;

  • wash your hair and, without drying it, take a walk in cool weather (but this method is dangerous for the development of meningitis);

  • inhale the combustion products that arise when plastic burns – a prolonged cough will appear, but in addition to it, general poisoning of the body is guaranteed;

  • drinking several cups of coffee in a row, this will lead to an increase in blood pressure (this method has a negative effect on the heart).

Sometimes you can resort to one of these methods to get a sick leave for a week. But it is still worth solving personal problems and arranging rest in a completely different way, so as not to harm your health.

Why not experiment with trying to get sick? Firstly, it is not a fact that you will get sick exactly at the time when you are planning. It often happens that a person tries – eats ice cream, sleeps in a draft, walks in the cold with a wet head, but even a runny nose does not appear.

Time passes, circumstances change, I don’t want to get sick anymore. On the contrary, birthdays are just around the corner, holidays, someone is planning a wedding or a trip, and here comes the evil “second”! These are the consequences of trying to get sick.

For example, until the disease manifested itself outside,

  • developed a kidney or urinary tract infection, and now you have cystitis or pyelonephritis;

  • joints suddenly became inflamed;

  • persistent inflammation can manifest itself in problems with the thyroid gland (especially women in the risk category here).

Given our non-ecological situation in the world, such risks cannot be tolerated, viruses and bacteria are much more adapted to survival and more resistant to antibiotics than humans.

Just look at the inhabitants of megalopolises, industrial cities and districts. At the same China, after all. Viruses multiply quickly, their varieties grow. There are, of course, a lot of medicines, only the result from them is weak.

So think carefully about whether it is worth trying to harm your health against the background of everything.

As a person helping people to keep fit, I am totally against harming my health. Firstly, it is dangerous and can lead to fraught consequences and complications. Secondly, no weekend is worth suffering from fever, sore throat and muscles, nausea, general weakness and other unpleasant symptoms of the disease, which, by the way, can take much longer than a week. These experiments with health will not end well, so take care of yourself.
