Alena, how did you discover face fitness?

– I have always watched myself, but when I turned 28, I realized that the skin had lost its tone and it was time to resort to more radical measures. The first injection of hyaluronic acid did its job, the skin tightened. But then it got worse. I was tormented by swelling, my face was matted. I looked older than I really was, and was already ready for plastic. The cosmetologist dissuaded me, advised me to do exercises for the face. So I started to study face culture.

You live in Dubai and you have probably noticed the difference between the way local women and Russian women take care of themselves.

– Both Russian and Ukrainian women love to take care of themselves – even more than foreign women. But, alas, it is our women who have the most harmful facial habits. They frown, pursing their lips in disgust. This is anti-fitness, wrinkle provocateur. You need to follow the example of foreign women and smile as much as possible.

When is it time to start practicing face culture?

– The first signs of a “tired” face begin to appear after 25 years. Of course, the sooner you start, the better. But even after 50 years, it’s not too late to start. Only in adulthood, you should not expect super results. Face culture will help you look younger and fresher than your peers, but will not rejuvenate you by 10 years.

How quickly will the result from classes appear?

– Already after the first lessons, you will notice how your face has freshened up, the color and tone of your skin have changed. The truly visible changes will come in about three months. But only if you practice five days a week for 20 minutes, and do it constantly.

And if you abandon it?

Then the result of your labors will last for 2-3 weeks, and then come to naught. In other words, you need to practice for life. You should make facial fitness as routine as brushing your teeth or taking a shower.
