How to get rid of pressure once and for all?

The problem of high blood pressure has become much younger in recent years. Almost half of overweight people over thirty-five are already complaining about pressure surges, and by the age of fifty, medical statistics become even sadder – up to 80% of respondents report signs of hypertension. To clarify, we emphasize that hypertension and symptomatic arterial hypertension are different diseases.

The first disease, as modern experts believe, is of a hereditary nature. Hypertensive patients have fragile peripheral vessels, and the farther they are from the heart, the thinner. The heart muscle may also be weak from birth. With age, these reasons lead to the fact that the heart has to beat more and more intensely in order to supply blood to the distant “corners” of the body. The result is high blood pressure. It is very simple to identify a person predisposed to hypertension: he has cold extremities all the time, while running he immediately chokes and experiences stabbing pain in his chest, and he most likely has a history of hypertension.

We do not receive the second disease as a “reward” from relatives, but we earn it ourselves with the help of an unhealthy lifestyle and malnutrition.

The causes of symptomatic arterial hypertension are as follows:

  • Smoking, alcoholism and drug addiction;

  • Overweight and high cholesterol;

  • Clogging of blood vessels with inorganic calcium;

  • Dysfunctions and chronic diseases of the heart, kidneys, liver, gallbladder and bladder;

  • Stress and fatigue at work.

All five causes of high blood pressure can be eliminated if desired. The fourth factor is the most difficult to deal with, but even here the situation is not hopeless.

Why are blood vessels clogged?

How to get rid of pressure once and for all?

There are three types of blood vessels in our body:

  • Arteries – carry scarlet blood, enriched with oxygen and nutrients, from the heart to organs and tissues;

  • Veins – they carry dark blood filled with carbon dioxide and waste products to the organs that purify it, and from there back to the heart;

  • Capillaries – small vessels in which cell metabolism reactions occur, providing nutrition to organs and tissues.

Each of the three types of vessels performs vital functions, and disturbances in their work can provoke high blood pressure. This ailment is most related to the condition of the arteries, however, clogged veins and capillaries become an indirect cause of hypertension.

Each type of vessel has its own personal “enemy” – this is what harms them:

  • in the arteries accumulates “bad” cholesterol – low-density lipoprotein (LDL). This process is also facilitated by a high level of triglycerides. In places where the artery is damaged or thinned, cholesterol plaques form, which interfere with normal blood flow. Consequently, the heart has to pump more and more “pump” to push the blood;

  • In the veins blood clots can form – blood clots, this is due to too high a level of clotting. A thrombus also chooses damaged and thinned areas of the venous epithelium as a place of attachment. The “separation” of a large blood clot is often fatal, so they are urgently removed surgically. Drug treatment of thrombosis and thrombophlebitis is carried out with the help of anticoagulants – drugs that thin the blood. And we can only prevent these formidable diseases with the help of special nutrition;

  • in the capillaries, in addition to small blood clots, calcified areas can form. This is due to insoluble calcium, which accumulates in our body as a result of the immoderate consumption of starch, boiled and fried foods. Fragility of capillaries leads to insufficient nutrition and blood supply to tissues, and this is a direct path to high pressure.

It should be noted that the vessels can also be clogged with microbes, bacteria and their metabolic products, as well as gases (for example, among diving enthusiasts). Both of these situations are extremely dangerous and require medical attention.

How to clean vessels with vegetable juices?

How to get rid of pressure once and for all?

You are probably well aware of the nutritional and vitamin-mineral value of freshly squeezed vegetable juices: they are absorbed almost instantly, within ten minutes, and useful substances immediately enter the bloodstream.

How does this work?

Beetroot juice

Fresh juice from red beet and its tops contains:

  • Vitamins A, B1, B2, B9, C, PP;

  • pectins;

  • Betaine;

  • organic acids;

  • Sodium, calcium, potassium, iron, copper, magnesium, manganese;

  • Fluorine, chlorine and iodine.

Such a wonderful set of vitamins strengthens the immune system, restores strength and fights against free radicals, that is, it performs anti-aging in the body, antioxidant and anticarcinogenic function.

Pectins fight putrefactive processes in the digestive tract, prevent the reproduction of pathogenic bacteria, promote the breakdown of cholesterol and the removal of heavy metals and radionuclides from the body.

Betaine is a valuable amino acid necessary for the synthesis of choline and its derivative, acetylcholine. Choline prevents the deposition of fats in the internal organs and on the walls of blood vessels, and also breaks down already accumulated fat, and acetylcholine is involved in the conduction of nerve impulses in tissues.

Organic acids act as the very natural solvent, thanks to which beets thin and cleanse the blood of accumulated debris: lime, small blood clots and cholesterol plaques.

The mineral composition of beetroot juice deserves special attention. Although there is not much iron, its quality and digestibility are very high, which is why beets contribute to the active synthesis of erythrocytes – red blood cells, which means it improves our blood. The percentage of sodium and calcium: 10 to 1, which means that calcium in the vessels and capillaries will dissolve perfectly. A good balance between potassium and chlorine – twenty to eight – provides liver cleansing, gallbladder and kidneys, and also stimulate the lymphatic system.

Regular consumption of freshly squeezed beetroot juice is indicated for:

  • iron deficiency anemia;

  • Disorders of the menstrual cycle and menopause;

  • Obesity and atherosclerosis of vessels;

  • arterial hypertension;

  • Diseases of the liver, biliary tract and urinary system.

Concentrated beetroot juice has a very strong effect on the digestive tract. Even nausea, abdominal pain and slight dizziness are possible. Therefore, it is recommended to drink it in combination with other juices, gradually increasing the dosage.

Carrot juice

How to get rid of pressure once and for all?

Fresh carrot juice contains:

  • Beta-carotene, B vitamins, as well as A, C, E and PP;

  • More than twenty micro and macro elements;

  • organic acids;

  • pectins;

  • Flavonoids;

  • Phytoncides.

Among the micro and macro elements contained in carrot juice, there are sodium, and calcium, and potassium, and iron, and even selenium – a rare mineral that protects against cancer and prolongs reproductive age. We have already talked about the benefits of pectins and organic acids above.

Flavonoids are substances that activate the production of enzymes, improve digestion and strengthen the walls of blood vessels. We can get flavonoids only from raw plant foods. In total, there are more than a hundred names of these useful substances. One of the most famous is routine. It is part of Askorutin, a drug prescribed for capillary fragility.

Phytoncides contained in carrot juice are similar to those found in garlic and onions. These are natural antibiotics that protect us from infections, colds and digestive disorders provoked by pathogenic microflora.

Carrot juice is recommended by doctors:

  • Nursing mothers and expectant mothers;

  • Women during menopause suffering from osteoporosis;

  • People with poor eyesight;

  • Anyone who complains of dry and sagging skin, bad complexion, brittle hair and nails, bad teeth and bleeding gums;

  • Patients suffering from diseases of the liver, gallbladder and kidneys;

  • Hypertension patients and patients with arteriosclerosis.

Cucumber juice

How to get rid of pressure once and for all?

Cucumber juice seems useless to many, because it is practically water. Indeed, the water content in it is close to one hundred percent.

But in this weak solution there are many useful substances:

  • Vitamins A, B, C, E, H and PP;

  • Magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium, iron;

  • Phosphorus, iodine, fluorine, silicon, sulfur;

  • Organic acids.

The use of freshly squeezed cucumber juice allows you to maintain the correct balance between acids and alkalis in the body. This juice has a mild diuretic effect, moreover, unlike pharmaceutical preparations, it does not wash out priceless calcium and potassium from the body. Helps cucumber juice and constipation – one glass in the morning on an empty stomach, and the problem is gone. But the main property of fresh cucumber juice is cleansing. It perfectly removes toxins, improves complexion and helps to reduce excess weight.

Cucumber juice is recommended for:

  • Fluid retention, edema in pregnant women;

  • high blood pressure;

  • Allergies, acne and dull complexion;

  • Digestive disorders (constipation, bloating, flatulence).

Celery, parsley and spinach juice

From greens and root crops, you can get no less healthy juice than from fresh vegetables. It is a little more difficult to prepare – you will need a lot of raw materials and good household appliances – but the effort is worth it.

Celery juice

It is notable for its high sodium to calcium ratio: four to one. Above, we have already mentioned the problem of insoluble calcium clogging our blood vessels and capillaries with lime. So, the correct ratio of sodium and calcium in the product allows us to get useful, soluble calcium, which is so necessary for the health of teeth, bones and joints. Celery juice also contains magnesium and iron, which means it improves blood quality.

Parsley juice

It is one of the most concentrated and potent vegetable juices. It is recommended to drink it at 30-60 grams per day, moreover, as part of juice mixtures. This juice is indicated for dysfunctions of the adrenal glands and thyroid gland, menstrual irregularities, inflammatory diseases of the eyes and urogenital area, fragility of blood vessels and capillaries, high levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood.

spinach juice

How to get rid of pressure once and for all?

Raw spinach and freshly squeezed juice from it are simply indispensable for intestinal diseases. With the help of regular consumption of spinach, you can get rid of chronic constipation without any harm to the body. Chemical laxatives, for the most part, are addictive. And spinach juice gently relaxes, while cleansing the intestines, improves peristalsis, and removes accumulated toxins. This product is also useful for periodontal disease, caries, hormonal disruptions, high blood pressure and kidney disease.

Kiwi juice

It is impossible not to mention kiwi – although it is a fruit, not a vegetable, there are very few sugars and calories in it, about 40 kcal per 100 grams. But there is a lot of vitamin C, potassium, manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and useful fruit acids, thanks to which kiwi juice cleanses blood vessels and helps lower blood pressure.

Kiwi is one of the few fruits that can and should be consumed in diabetes. It is also suitable for those who want to lose weight. Just one glass of freshly squeezed kiwi juice per day fully fills the adult’s need for vitamin C. This product also has a delicate diuretic and laxative effect. But it is not recommended for people with peptic ulcer and high acidity of the stomach.

It is better to prepare juice from this exotic fruit without peeling it. Kiwi peel contains a large amount of antioxidants and substances that prevent early aging and graying of hair. If you are embarrassed by hard hairs, you can pre-rub the skin with a brush.

Recipes for juice mixtures to cleanse blood vessels

Vegetable juices should be prepared from high-quality, non-old fruits at room temperature. Shriveled or heavily chilled vegetables will not give you much juice, so choose only fleshy, firm fruits that have lain at room temperature for at least two hours.

If you do not have a modern juicer with a centrifuge (or even better, an auger juicer), you can, of course, grate vegetables on a fine grater and squeeze through sterile gauze (the so-called “Pythagorean juicer”), but this is a very laborious and tedious process. It is better to allocate funds for the purchase of good equipment, because this is a reasonable investment – a juicer will definitely come in handy for everyone who cares about their beauty and health.

In the refrigerator, the vegetable juice mixture is stored for no more than an hour (no more than a day if you have an auger juicer). Further, the juice may lose its beneficial properties, or even completely ferment.

The first recipe

How to get rid of pressure once and for all?

To make juice for high blood pressure, you will need:

  • Carrots – 7 parts;

  • Celery (more: the benefits and harms of celery) – 4 parts;

  • Spinach – 3 parts;

  • Parsley – 2 parts.

You can safely drink up to one liter of such juice per day, but you need to get used to it gradually. The first week of treatment, 20 minutes before meals, drink half a glass of the mixture (or even less, up to 1 tablespoon if you have many chronic digestive diseases). If you do not notice any discomfort or disturbances in the digestive tract, after a week you can increase the dosage to one glass 4 times a day.

The standard cleansing course lasts one month, then you need to take a break for two weeks, and you can repeat the treatment.

The second recipe

To prepare a juice mixture to cleanse blood vessels and activate hematopoiesis, you will need:

  • Carrots – 10 parts;

  • Beets – 3 parts;

  • Cucumber – 3 parts;

  • Kiwi – 1 part.

Such a fruit and vegetable cocktail is taken in a smaller dosage: the first week, three tablespoons 20 minutes before meals (you can even start with 1 tablespoon if you are over 40-50), and then half a glass three to four times a day .

Beetroot juice must be handled with extreme care. If you feel dizzy or nauseous even after a few tablespoons of the above mixture, reduce the beet juice content to one part and then gradually increase to the prescription value.

Why juice and not fresh vegetables?

You may have a natural question: why not eat whole fresh vegetables, because they contain fiber, which, like a dishwashing brush, cleans harmful debris from the intestines?

The answer is simple: if you are confident in the quality of vegetables (you grew them in your own garden), you can safely nibble raw carrots and prepare light salads with beet tops, spinach, cucumbers, celery, parsley and other useful gifts of nature. But if you have to buy products in stores and on the market, think – are they safe?

Modern agriculture uses nitrates, herbicides and other chemicals to control pests and preserve crops. All these fertilizers, albeit in small quantities, but settle in the fruits. By squeezing the juice, we get all the most useful that is contained in vegetables and fruits, and the harmful components remain in the cake.

But there are other reasons as well. You physically cannot eat as many vegetables as you can drink juice! In addition, the juice is absorbed by the body very quickly and easily, and it takes a lot of time and effort to digest whole vegetables. And if you have a weak digestive system, then why load it once again?

But what about fruits?

How to get rid of pressure once and for all?

Second legitimate question: Are there really fewer vitamins, micro- and macroelements and useful fruit acids in fruits than in vegetables? Of course not. Fruits can also help with the cleansing of blood vessels and lowering blood pressure. However, they contain sugars: fructose and glucose, which in large quantities overload the pancreas!

In general, fruits are more nutritious than vegetables, which does not contribute to weight loss. They often cause fermentation in the stomach and intestines, as well as allergic reactions. Frequent consumption of fresh fruits can ruin your teeth – the enamel becomes thinner, caries develops. Of course, among the fruits there are low-calorie and very healthy specimens. But vegetables in terms of reducing pressure and cleansing blood vessels are still preferable.

Juice Precautions

People with a weakened body and chronic diseases, especially the elderly, should approach falconry very carefully. Before you start drinking freshly squeezed vegetable juices regularly, you should always consult with your general practitioner or geriatrician. Such treatment can give serious side effects in the form of exacerbation of pancreatitis, ulcers, ischemia, cholecystitis, gout. Only the attending physician, who knows about all the features of your body, can give the go-ahead to cleanse the vessels with vegetable or fruit juices.

With extreme caution, such treatment should be approached by those who have sand in the gallbladder or bladder. In case of urolithiasis and cholelithiasis, the intake of concentrated vegetable juices is generally strictly contraindicated, since sharp stones, leaving, can damage the ducts and cause internal bleeding, not to mention wild pains. Even fine sand under the influence of juices is excreted from the body with severe pain and cloudy, dark urine.

When to expect the effect?

To completely normalize blood pressure, lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood and significantly improve health, you will have to go through two or three full treatment courses, that is, spend several months.

Before you abandon this idea because of its slow and dubious effectiveness, ask yourself the question: has all this garbage and fat accumulated in your body in a week or a month? No, not for a month, and not even for a year, but for many years of malnutrition and inattention to one’s health. So why do you expect vegetable juices or any other technique to solve your problem in the blink of an eye?

Be patient, and nature will definitely help you cope with high pressure. Be healthy!
