– It is very important for me to be in shape. I attend classes at the Maxima fitness center (yoga, fly yoga, cycling, dance styles). And my morning begins with Nauli (the practice of contracting and isolating the rectus abdominis muscles). I’m also a half dancer, doing in Alis studio. I am not a fit girl and not an adherent of the popular today P.P. I observe elementary norms in nutrition and do not eat frankly harmful food.

The main thing is the consistency of classes and their dosage – give your body at least 6 hours a week for active physical activity. And, of course, it’s easier to start changing habits together with a loved one or girlfriend. Now in winter, cross-country skiing is good. Nordic walking is great for all family members. Everything should be in moderation, no need to disappear to exhaustion in the gym. Leave your strength on loved ones – it is important for them to feel your warmth and love.

– I study at Magis Sport. Yoga in the mornings, strength training, dancing and stretching in the evening. Observing the diet is the most difficult thing for me, but I’m already used to limiting myself in sweet and starchy foods.

– I train at Hammer Fit. I do strength training three to four times a week. This way of life has long become a habit. I try to follow the basic principles of proper nutrition. Also, walks in the fresh air are not the last place in my life.

– I am engaged in STZ “Relief”. Work is mobile, exercises in the morning. I try to eat right: oatmeal in the morning, lunch – soup, dinner – chicken or fish with buckwheat / pasta. For sweets, I sometimes allow myself protein bars. Regular exercise and an active lifestyle keep you in shape. On weekends I go ice skating, skiing, snowboarding; in the summer – rollerblading, cycling.
