Today, the procedure for obtaining a place in kindergarten is famous for terrifying life stories. Young parents are frightened by the numbers of the serial number in the queue, the collection of documents and the passage of the medical commission to obtain certificates. In turn, we can say that parents forget about the positive aspect of the process: checking the health and development of the child is very important.
Of course, it takes time to go through a medical examination. According to the standards of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, in addition to the district pediatrician, the baby should be shown to a surgeon, orthopedist, neurologist, dermatologist, dentist, speech therapist, as well as to check vision and hearing. All doctors make appropriate entries in the child’s medical record. In addition to passing these specialists, parents must receive a certificate in kindergarten, for which the following studies are mandatory: general blood and urine analysis, bacterial culture, egg leaf test and enterobiasis. General blood analysis. A study for which compliance with the rules of preparation is very important – this affects its reliability. Blood is taken on an empty stomach in the morning. Doctors do not recommend overfeeding the child the day before. There are no restrictions on donating blood when taking medications, but you need to warn your doctor about this.
General urine analysis. Urine for research must be collected in the morning, after a night’s sleep. At the same time, it is impossible to pour material for research from the pot. That is, the child must certainly go to the toilet in a sterile jar, otherwise the test result may be unreliable.
Bacterial culture (feces analysis). The scraping is taken with a special tool. The procedure will not cause unpleasant sensations for the child. The test helps to identify the presence of bacteria in the intestine, such as salmonella, which can trigger an outbreak of an infectious disease.
Also explore feces on wormwood, that is, by analyzing the fecal mass, it is determined whether the baby has parasites. It is worth noting that the material for research on bacterial inoculation and egg leaf is different.

Study for enterobiasis – parasites that enter the body through dirty hands and are among the most infectious for babies. The fence is carried out with the help of scraping and does not cause discomfort in children.

It is important to remember that in each specific case, the pediatrician will tell you which tests are needed. In cases where the child is already attending kindergarten, but in the summer he went to the sea or to his grandmother, the certificate will have to be brought again, the parents will be told about this already in kindergarten.
