How to use citrus correctly

You can eat citrus in the morning, at lunchtime or in the evening. It is used raw as a dessert or in various dishes. It fits well into salads, can be used in appetizers or as a side dish for meat, fish and seafood. The peel is added to tea or marmalade and jam are made from it.

Peel citrus effortlessly. Its films easily come off the pulp. After washing the fruit under running water, it is cut into slices. Each of them is easily peeled off. When preparing dishes, the pulp is harmoniously combined with the ingredients:
