Cut the fruits in half and remove the pulp. Put in a blender, add water and sugar there. Shake and strain through a sieve. Some seeds can be left in the drink. Serve lemonade with ice cubes and mint.
2. Panna cotta with passion fruit
Ingredients
- 2½ sheets of gelatin;
- 200 ml of cold water;
- 8 passion fruits;
- 200 ml of milk;
- 300 ml of heavy cream (from 35% fat content);
- 80 g of sugar;
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.
Cooking
Soak gelatin in cold water. Extract the pulp from four passion fruits. Combine milk with cream, pour half into a saucepan and heat a little over low heat.
Add the sugar along with the passion fruit pulp and continue cooking, stirring constantly. Do not bring to a boil. When sugar dissolves, remove from heat.
Squeeze out the gelatin and put it in the same pan. Stir until it is completely dissolved. Then strain the liquid through a sieve and mix with the remaining milk mixture. Pour into molds and refrigerate 4-6 hours or longer.
Remove the pulp from the remaining fruits and mix with powdered sugar. Pass through a sieve, and then mix with a tablespoon of seeds. Drizzle the dessert with the resulting sauce before serving.
3. Quick Passion Fruit Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 150 g ginger shortbread cookies;
- 40 g butter;
- 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- 300 g cream cheese;
- 200 ml heavy cream (from 35% fat);
- 6 passion fruits.
Cooking
Grind cookies in a blender or crumble with a rolling pin. Mix with melted butter and a tablespoon of powdered sugar. Put in a mold, smooth and press down with a spoon, then leave in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Whip the cheese with the cream, the remaining powdered sugar and the pulp of five passion fruits. Pour the mixture over the cookie dough. Top with the pulp of the remaining fruit. Keep in refrigerator until serving.
