How to drink brandy – aspects of taste perception

3. The optimum temperature for serving brandy is 22-25°C. In this case, it is better to warm it directly in a glass with a warm palm. Candle fire can also be used, but the natural warmth of the hands is much better as it releases the fragrance gradually.

4. It is customary to drink brandy in its pure form without snacks. But if you are used to snacking on alcohol, you can serve lemon or chocolate on the table.

5. Ordinary brandy (inexpensive medium aging) can be drunk not only in its pure form, but also in cocktails. It is also mixed with coffee, liqueurs, syrups, milk, ice cream, cream, lemon and orange juice.

6. If you find the flavor of brandy too intense, try drinking it in a glass with ice. This option also has many supporters, although it is unacceptable in the classical presentation.
