How to do without vegetable oil?
– Use a Teflon-coated pan – food won’t burn on it;
– Steam, boil, grill, bake – use different cooking techniques;
– Add oil to the marinade or to the dough itself – then there is no need to use oil for frying.
Useful vegetable oils: extra virgin olive, coconut, linseed, unrefined sesame, rapeseed.
