Massage technique:

  1. Start with stroking. Move from the bottom of the chest to the armpit, then the neck and shoulder girdle. Then massage the entire back with both hands.
  2. Use your fingertips to rub the area from the spine to the shoulder girdle. Massage one side and then the other for 30 seconds. Finish with a back stroke.
  3. With three fingers of both hands, knead the area of ​​the shoulders and neck. Move from the spine to the sides. Reception takes 60 seconds, finish with stroking.
  4. Knead the interscapular region and shoulder girdle for 30 seconds. Finish with a rubbing motion, shaking and beating the upper back.

If strong painful sensations arise, the force of pressure must be reduced.
