How to disable the Paste Options floating button in Excel

Excel has a tool that allows you to quickly set basic formatting options for inserted rows, columns, or cells. When you insert any of these elements, a small floating button appears next to it. Paste Options.

The button has a small brush on it. When you click on it, a set of tools appears for quickly formatting the inserted row, column or cell. Often this is very convenient, but sometimes the button gets in the way and even annoying. However, turning it off is very easy.
