How to Delete Blank Rows in Excel

This example will teach you how to delete empty rows, or rather rows containing empty cells.

  1. On the Advanced tab Home (Home) click Find & Select (Find and highlight) > Go To Special (Select a group of cells).
  2. Выберите blanks (Empty cells) and click OK.Excel will highlight all empty cells.
  3. On the Advanced tab Home (Home) from command dropdown menu Delete (Delete) select item Delete Sheet Rows (Remove lines from sheet).
