How to delete a table in Word

If you’ve inserted a table into a Word document and now want to delete it, you’ve likely already discovered that deleting just the table (without deleting other content) is not an easy task. We will show you some ways to get around this limitation.

2 method: Select the entire table and click Home > Clipboard > Cut out (Home > Clipboard > Cut). The same will happen if you press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + X.
